Everything you need to know about our custom build process, pricing, materials, and delivery.
Most custom builds are completed within 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your deposit. Smaller items like cutting boards and signs typically take 5–10 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take 3–4 weeks. If you need something faster, just mention it in your quote request and we'll do our best to accommodate.
The more detail the better, but we just need the basics to get started — what you want built, approximate dimensions, and any wood or finish preferences. You can also upload photos, sketches, or inspiration images. Don't worry if you're not sure about everything — we'll help you figure it out during the quoting process.
Once you've approved the quote, we require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due when your piece is complete and ready to ship. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If we can't build your piece for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
Yes! We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Smaller items ship via UPS or FedEx. Large furniture pieces ship via freight with white-glove delivery options available. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination, and are included in your quote.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the finished piece doesn't match the approved design specifications, we'll fix it or rebuild it at no additional cost. We take photos throughout the build process and will send you updates so there are no surprises when it arrives.
Absolutely. While our standard options are Walnut, Maple, Cherry, Oak, and Cedar, we can source other domestic and exotic hardwoods upon request. Just mention it in your quote form and we'll let you know about availability and pricing.
